- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
- Most orders are shipped with 24 hours.
- You will receive updates on your parcels progress, as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It may also require a signature on delivery.
- Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

PRE ORDERS
If a product is on pre-order, extra information will appear below the selected item with a ship by date to let you know when we expect to send the item to you from our warehouse. The ship by date will also appear in your cart during check out. Please note these dates are estimates only. We’ll let you know if we expect any delays to your order and work to get it to you ASAP.
To order an item on pre-order, add the item to your cart as per normal and once it arrives we will send it out to you. If you are also purchasing in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders - any orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order stock arrives.
